Crowley Care’s Independent Living residents have given the organisation a 96% satisfaction score in the recent annual Resident Satisfaction Index – a great reflection on Crowley’s unique model of care.

The comprehensive survey covers staff, management, safety and security, community life, communication and the quality of Crowley’s facilities.

Crowley Care Chief Executive Officer Michael Penhey said: “For me it’s doubly pleasing because the high satisfaction ranking was achieved in a year when so much building activity was taking place around everyone. The result is a great testament to our staff, our quality services and our unique culture at Crowley.”

“It is amazing that 100 percent of residents who completed the survey said they would recommend the Village to others. There is no doubt in my mind our residents are our best advocates”, said Mr Penhey.
