About Us

Crowley is a vibrant care community with a unique spirit. We provide inspirational living experiences for our residents and clients. And our culture of care starts with a genuine interest in others.

Improving the quality of life for our residents and clients is what we love to do each and every day. As a leading aged care provider in Ballina on the Far North Coast of New South Wales, we offer supported residential accommodation, Independent Living apartments and villas, and a suite of related Home Care services.

History

Established in 1979, Crowley has grown from a traditional retirement village to a dynamic full service aged care provider. We are named after Jim Crowley of Ballina, who in 1976 donated land to the Ballina Parish of the Catholic Church to construct accommodation for the aged.

Our residential site is set on 25 acres of picturesque waterfront property at 154 Cherry Street, Ballina.

Crowley Care is a ministry of St Francis Xavier Parish, Ballina, on behalf of the Trustees of the Roman Catholic Church for the Diocese of Lismore.

Our three service areas are:

  • Residential aged care;
  • Luxury Independent Living apartments and Independent Living villas;
  • Home Care services.

Inspirational Living. Rewarding Relationships. Individual Focus.

At Crowley we have:

  • Commitment to each individual resident and client so they can participate fully in life through our services, facilities and accommodation;
  • Inspiration through leading accommodation and lifestyle options tailored to the needs of each resident and client;
  • Relationships forged for a single purpose – to enable us to better serve our residents and clients. We are part of a dynamic Catholic parish, the local Ballina community and work closely with leading training and educational establishments and regional health organisations.
