Crowley’s Specialist Care provides quality Dementia Care, Palliative Care and Rehabilitation services. As needs change we work closely with residents and clients, their families and doctors to ensure the best possible care plans and support.

Dementia Care

Our safe and secure dementia areas are populated with staff who know our residents and are totally committed to their comfort and wellbeing. They have solid therapeutic relationships and personal connections with residents. And they provide a vital sense of familiarity and warmth for those in their care.

Palliative Care

Palliative care is integral to residential aged care. It occurs when treatment goals change from curative to comfort orientated. We constantly strive to achieve palliative care excellence through expert planning and the way we connect with families. This can include using Advanced Care Plans and Directives. Our palliative care interest group regularly reviews how we can improve our palliative care services and knowledge within the team. Relatives and loved ones are encouraged to stay at the bedside or on-site should they wish. 

Rehabilitation Services

Inspirational living at Crowley includes all the rehabilitation services you need.

Our therapy team works closely with physiotherapists and clinicians to tailor personal programs for resident’s rehabilitation. We are supported by health professionals who we know and trust. From speech pathologists, dieticians, dentists, podiatrists, to occupational therapists –  we provide the support to get you back to full health. 

Our therapy programs include personal rehabilitation plans and  state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities including a hydrotherapy pool and specialised equipment.
