Vaccination Record

From 11 October 2021 as per the NSW Public Health (COVID-19 Aged Care Facilities) Order directive, any visitors, staff and contractors aged 12 years and over entering a residential aged care facility must have received both doses of a COVID-19 vaccination and their second dose must have been received 14 days prior to their visit.
