There’s always something happening at Crowley! Whether you prefer to join in with community activities or enjoy quiet time in our gardens and cafe, you’ll find plenty of ways to make life your own. Join in as much or as little as you like – the choice is yours.
Our monthly activities calendar is designed exclusively for independent living residents and delivered straight to letterboxes so you’ll never a miss a thing. What’s On posters are on display each week with what’s happening around the village. Popular activities include BBQs, art and craft mornings, bingo, book club, mahjong, card games, snooker, men’s shed mornings, pilates and happy hour gatherings. There’s something for every interest and energy level.

Facilities
Crowley’s shared spaces are designed to make life easy, social and enjoyable. Our onsite facilities include:
- Activity Centre – the heart of social life, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, snooker table and adjoining BBQ area. The centre can also be booked for private functions with gourmet catering available from Crowley’s renowned chefs.
- Library offers a peaceful retreat for book lovers. Enjoy books, magazines, DVDs and even work on a jigsaw puzzle. Computers with internet access also available.
- Hydrotherapy Pool and Gym to support health and mobility. The indoor hydrotherapy pool is heated year round.
- Gardenia Common Room – a welcoming space for entertaining for Apartment residents
- Chapel for quiet reflection and spiritual connection. Catholic services are held weekly on Wednesday and Sunday mornings, with regular non-denominational services at other times.
- Barney’s Café – an inviting hub open 7 days, where coffee comes with connection. Catch up with friends for a cuppa, light meal or delicious lunch. Outdoor service available in the Plaza surrounded by lush gardens and the gentle hum of village life.
- Coco’s Hair and Beauty Salon located onsite, offers hair and beauty services by appointment to help you look and feel your best.
- Men’s Shed meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings for men to gather, share skills, swap ideas and work on projects.
