Roster Officer – Home Care

The Opportunity

Crowley currently has an opportunity for a Roster Officer to join our Home Care Administration team. The role consists of coordinating, planning, maintaining and scheduling part time, full time and casual staff shifts for the Home Care Department at Crowley Care. We are looking for a person who is flexible with a proactive attitude and attention to detail who can take responsibility for their role.

Training is provided so if you are a switched-on administrator looking for a new challenge, this role might be for you!

Skills and Experience

  • Have a good working knowledge of the local area (geography)
  • Be a skilled communicator who can build rapport quickly by using your friendly yet confident phone manner.
  • Have proven skills in time management, multi-tasking and prioritising.

The Opportunity

Crowley currently has opportunities for cleaners to join our Home Care team to provide quality cleaning services to our client population in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves to clean to join a dynamic and progressive organisation providing vital support to our community in the form of Home Care Cleaning services. This is a community-based role that has the support of the on-call Home Care Employee.

We are seeking persons who are available to work two or more days across a four-day roster of Tuesday – Friday between 9am – 3:30pm.
