Crowley Care has an exciting opportunity for Enrolled Nurses to join our Residential Care Team.  Delivering quality nursing and care services to residents in the residential setting in a professional and efficient manner which will reflect the organisations reputation in care services.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Supervise a team of Care Service Employees (AINs)
  • Liaise with residents, family and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with RNs, GPs and other health professionals
  • Act as a positive staff role model and mentor to staff

To be successful in this position you will:

  • Have a current APHRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Medication Endorsement;
  • Possess an excellent understanding of ACFI in theory and practice
  • Have strong time management skills
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team; and
  • Have strong communication skills

Crowley Care currently has opportunities for Home Care Employees (HCE) to provide quality nursing and care services to our client population in the community in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.

The role consists of providing both high and low levels of care to assist each client individually with their daily needs and enable them to remain in their own homes where they want to be, living their choice of lifestyle arrangements.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care
  • A genuine interest in helping older persons
  • A commitment to quality care and service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and commitment to work as part of a dynamic and flexible team
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Have a reliable motor vehicle (including valid registration and full comprehensive third party insurance); and
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate & CPR
