Crowley Care currently has opportunities for Home Care Employees (HCE) to provide quality nursing and care services to our client population in the community in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.

The role consists of providing both high and low levels of care to assist each client individually with their daily needs and enable them to remain in their own homes where they want to be, living their choice of lifestyle arrangements.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care
  • A genuine interest in helping older persons
  • A commitment to quality care and service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and commitment to work as part of a dynamic and flexible team
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Have a reliable motor vehicle (including valid registration and full comprehensive third party insurance); and
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate & CPR
