Registered Nurses
Part Time Position

Crowley Care Services has opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our Residential Care Team. Delivering quality nursing services in the residential setting in a professional and efficient manner which will reflect the organisations reputation in care services.
Experience in delivery of Chronic Disease Management, Palliative Care and a knowledge of Accreditation, ACFI, Care Planning and Quality Systems is preferred.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Current registration with the NSW Nurses and Midwives Board
  • Demonstrated competence in contemporary nursing practice
  • Sound clinical knowledge and experience relevant to the Aged Care setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of external and internal stakeholders
  • Sound interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety legislation and practice
  • Demonstrated ability to use computer software in the delivery of nursing care services
  • High standard of honesty, confidentiality and leadership
  • Availability to work across all shifts is essential

Crowley Care Services has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Residential Care Team. Delivering quality nursing and care services to residents in the residential setting in a professional and efficient manner which will reflect the organisations reputation in care services.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Manage a team of Care Service Employees (AINs)
  • Liaise with residents, family and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with RNs, GPs and other health professionals
  • Act as a positive staff role model and mentor to staff

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Aged Care or be an Enrolled Nurse with Medication Endorsement;
  • Possess an excellent understanding of ACFI in theory and practice
  • Have strong time management skills
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team; and
  • Have strong communication skills
